Cisco, the title track of the EP, is a song about some stress factors and saying — no matter what’s going on — let’s grab the keys and go to Cisco. For the ones that don’t know, Cisco is the name of a beach in my home town of Nantucket. Why I chose to name the EP after Cisco is because the beach represents so much more to me than just a beach. Cisco is a place where I literally grew up, it’s a safe haven for me, a place that all the locals go to for sunset. Cisco has a certain distinct vibe that is different from some of the other beaches on the island. You can find someone in a brand new shiny Land Rover parked next to a beat-up rusty old Jeep.
Shy Girl

The basis of this video was to put a completion together of my friends, family and me just living life. “Shy Girl,” the song, is mostly me having fun with my craft and making something I can dance to later. So, I wanted the video to reflect those emotions and not be too serious. This video is shot all by me — Drone, GoPro, all that. This video was shot in Florida on a family vacation a couple years back, a zip-lining trip in New Hampshire, a skydiving experience in Rhode Island and, of course, some shots of Nantucket in the summer. At the time I had no idea what I was shooting for, but I knew it would be used eventually for something fun. Really happy how this one came out, and hope to make more of this style in the future.

This video is a compilation of two years of filming on the Nantucket, bringing together the highlights into one compilation. It captures my beautiful home — Nantucket. When deciding that this song should have a video I floated a couple of ideas until I asked myself what this song really represents to me. When I realized this song reminded me of home and that the lyrics are painting a picture of the island and subconsciously telling stories from my summers on the island. I knew I had to go all out and dedicate all the best footage I had been collecting from the island to it.

From Ghana Africa to Nantucket to St.John USVI and now to you. This record is Produced by my good friend PayD out of Ghana Africa who I met while just scrolling on Instagram one day. I wrote the song in my high school gym class and recorded it with a shitty $50 mic in my bedroom on Nantucket. I recorded the music video while on family vacation with a drone and my brother on camera. Welcome to the beginning of the journey so much is in the works and I can’t wait to show all the different sides of myself through my art. This video would not have been possible without the help of NCTV 18. They provided gear and have been very supportive throughout the years.

What is “Self Reminders” about When I wrote “Self Reminders” I found myself overthinking and overworking but feeling like I wasn’t doing enough. So I found myself in a bad cycle where I wasn’t taking care of myself and by locking myself in my room and pushing away people I cared for. No matter what I did I felt like I was wasting time and when I took some time off to clear my mind I was constantly telling myself “I’m wasting time”. This was because I felt like I would never achieve my dreams If i didn’t spend every second just working. So the song idea came to mind after hearing friends constantly telling me to chill and go out and to stop worrying about my dreams. So this song means a lot to me and describes what I was feeling like at that time so I hope someone can relate to it.

JLK is all about just chasing you're dreams and just not caring about what other people think. I have always wanted to film a music video in the city but just never had the right song for it. After I made “JLK” I knew it was the right one, we recorded in many different places around Boston and also in the city.
